Project Management and Production Roundtable

Let’s bring the field and the office together.

Roundtable discussion stacked with 1-2 Core Skills is recommended.

Project Management and Production Partnering Session

Large projects come with large risks.

This partnering session is designed to mitigate risks by getting everyone touching the project, on the same page and speaking the same language.

This 2-hour session is held on the job site and can take place at any stage of the project. Both Project Management and Production can openly identify and discuss what is slowing down or disrupting project flow. They will work in teams to identify solutions and clear paths for greater success.

Increase Profitability & Productivity

The growth of your company will be determined by the team you build and train. Yesterday’s “sink or swim” and “figure it out as you go” methods will not work today. The choices made by your foremen in the field can make or break profit.
